The BBQ will be cooked outside, but if it rains we will be inside. 
Bring an umbrella 'just in case' it's wet in Brighton.
The Scottish dancing will be outdoors - dance at your own risk - inside if it rains. Flat dancing shoes are a good idea. Bring your musical instrument and join in with the singing and playing.
You may need some cash for the raffle.  The wonderful Blue Cafe Jazz Trio will be playing at the Grand Dinner, do look them up on-line.
